world of songs

First topic message reminder :

In the world of Chansoni, people are just like us, except for one thing. Each of them have a song inside of them. Their song is from our world, but they don't know it. it makes up who they are and what they are like. But it also gives them a spell. They can use this spell whenever they wish, but there are warnings that when you use it more than once in one day, you will learn what you're song is. No one knows what happens what you learn the name and tune of you're song. There is a lot of fear from the elders around that topic because whnever someone makes the mistake of finding their song, they dissapear the very next day. This story takes place in a small city where people are very familiar with eachother. But there is talk about a group of teenagers that want to learn the truth about their song. they call themeselves the singers. And the elders will do anything to stop them.

I stared at the moon and looked for answers. Why don't the elders want people to know their songs, there's no point in having one if you don't know what it is or what it's for... I thought to myself in frustration.

"That was strange i could have sworn that branch was sturdy well i fell asleep" he muttered to her self while climbing up again.

Romney woke up at 2:00 a.m., put on his shoes, grabbed his backpack, and headed outside.

(XD lol, did he wake up from dreaming too?)

I pulled the tiny bottle of scotch I had stolen from my dad's room, from my pocket. I uncapped it and tool a swig. I felt the slight burn of alchohol against my throat. I sat staring at the moon still.

Romney felt the breeze against his face as he stood next to his favorite willow tree. He kneeled down next to it and began rumaging through his backpack.

Kay decided to walk around the forest instead of going back to sleep. She skipped on different branches not touching the ground at all.

(XD Romney and Kenny can be drinking buddies! He's got some issues too...)
Romney found what he was looking for: A mirror and a bottle shaped sort of like a lighting bolt that had lost its edge. It was an olive green color though the other bottles came in blue and purple shades as well. He popped the lid off and took a swig. He didn't know what the stuff was called, he only knew that it helped him concentrate. And that it was illegal.

Kat looked below her and saw Romney. "little late for a drink isnt it?" she asked as she jumped down besides Romney. (Romney is a girl right?)

(He's a guy. I just suck at guy characters...)
"Never to late for this stuff," he said with a grin.

Kat just rolled her eyes

"Want to try some?" said Romney holding out the bottle. He wasn't keeping eye contact with Kat though. He was too busy staring at the mirror he had brought along. He was anxious to perform his spell.

"blech" she said stinking her tounge and scrunching her face "Ive had that stuff before it's horrible!" she said pushing it away gently. "you brought a mirror here?" she asked

"Of course!" he said. "I always do! You've had this stuff before?! Where could you possibly have gotten it? Or was it me who let you try some... I can never remember who I let have this stuff..."

"it was you" she said

"Oh," said Romney. "I must have had a few drinks for myself at the time. Are you going to watch me use my spell or can I do it alone?"

(Yes, Kenny and Romney should be drinking buddies!! 8D *is abnormally happy at this suggestion*)
I heard a commotion coming from the forest. I got up off my rock and shoved the bottle of scotch into my pocket and started making my way into the forest. "Hello?" I called softly, I didn't want some creeper coming up and taking me if that's who it was.

"Fine" Kat said and hopped up into the tree "See Ya!!" she said and ran off.

Kat heard someone yell 'hello' she went to the sound. she looked at the ground and saw Kenny "Hey" she said standing on the tree branch.

I jumped, "oh, hey Kat, did you see anyone else here? I thought I heard some noise..." I said.

"Well Romney is in here too, but he's using his spell so I wouldn't disturb him now" she said and jumped down.

"Oh, Romney, okay, thanks Kat, I was worried that is was some creeper..." I said blushing and trailing off.

"If you count Romney a creeper it was" Kat said.

I laughed softly, "I wouldn't count Romney as a creeper," I said smiling.

"then no there isn't" Kat said she was still sore from falling out of the tree.

"Are you okay?" I asked her, she looked like she was in pain.

"I just fell out of a tree" she said "no big deal"

My eyes widened. "What!? You fell out of a tree?!" I said in shock. Kat never fell out of trees
