Pirate Rp (adds extra words So it will post)

we are also hiring sailors

They hired anyone that could weild a weapon, from the theif to the honourable gaurdsmens. Eveyone who was hired was put on a ship to go and fight the pirates. But with so many different people with different values there could be just as many fights with themselves as well as the pirates.

Will they succeed on their quest? Or will the pirates prosper?

Description: Stands @ 5'6", long auburn hair, gold/hazel eyes, wears nice/work clothes, has an eyepatch due to an accident
Personality/Values: Take care of yourself, and think of others before yourself
Reason for fighting pirates: Pirates attacked the ship her brother and his fiancee were on and slaughtered everyone including them. (so basically revenge)
Weapon of Choice: Prefers a sword but can handle guns

*Mother was a Spaniard, so she was raised with lots of Latin culture, also likes to throw spanish into speaking

Name- Hasina Jones
Description- 12 year old kid. She has as green as leaves, somewhat big ears compared to the rest of her. She has her hair cut like a boy so it doesn't get in her way. She wears any clothes she can find and always has a knife handy.
Personality/ values- She believes if someone doesn't protect their stuff well enough it is fair game, as long as you can get it without getting caught. She doesn't talk very much, but knows how to well at least the basics of speech.
Reason for fighting the pirates- Money, and fun.
Weapon of choice- Knife, but she can figure out how to make most weapons works, if only once.
History- grew up on streets (will elaborate in rp)

Name- Harvard Falcone (no one knows his first name though he just goes by Falcone)
Description- solidly built man in late 30. He often had whiskers on his chin because he can never find time to shave. He had somewhat long hair, but not really long, it is dirty blonde. He is a pretty tall and intimidating man. He wears nice clothes, but not expensive clothes. As dark brown eyes that always seem to be judging you.
Personality/ values- he is a noble man and believes in honour and dignity. He does not tolerate theft. He also believes in justice and vengeance.
Reason for fighting the pirates- Family was killed by them long time ago and money.
Weapon of choice- Broad sword or ax.
History (if you want to include it or we can find out in rp)- was a soldier, but for reason was kicked out of the military(?)

Name- Prince(some title like that) George Wallace II (sometimes called Charles because of his uncanny likeness to his grandfather, King Charles)
Description- nice clean look, almost never smiles, usually wears purple, never wears anything close to a rag, short brown hair. Dark blue eyes. Somewhat small nose

Description: Stands @ 5'4", small frame, short shaggy purple hair, ice blue eyes, wears standard traveling/working clothes, always wears her father's dog tag (her brother wears the other one)
Personality/Values: Treat people the way you want to be treated and work hard
Reason for fighting pirates: Supporting her brother and country
Weapon of Choice: Daggers, but can manage a sword
Hist: She and her twin brother were mostly raised by their mother because their father fought in the war and wasn't home enough to raise them as well. Raised as a regular middle/lower class chile, nothing more, nothing less. Is joining her brother because she loves him to much to let him go alone (she thinks he's going to get himself killed). Her father is a retired military veteran and lives back at home with their mother, who are both anxiously waiting until their beloved children come home.

Description: Stands @ 6'2", medium build, also has shaggy purple hair, but is a bit shorter than his sister's, same ice blue eyes but his have a hint of green in them, wears simple working clothes, always wears his father's dog tag (his sister wears the other one)
Personality: Life's short so live it to the fullest, work hard and you'll get somewhere
Reason for fighting pirates: for his country and to repay his father and other soldiers for saving and allowing them freedom, he also wants a thrill (he's a bit of an adrenaline junkie)
Weapon of Choice: A sword!
Hist: Same as his sister's basically

Weapon of choice: A pistol that was given to her by her late best friend
Hist: Was only child born to the king and queen, was expected to be spoiled by her parents but she detested her assumed role. She never actually wanted to be a princess, she tried to rebel but her parents hired numerous ettiquette teachers and instructors. On the year of her sixteenth birthday she ran away for a week but was dragged back home by guards, that was just the begining. Now she has run away for good, and joined a ship crew...

Falcone looked at the ship that he would call home for the some odd months. It looked sound enough, but he has never been a sailor, so he didn't know. He slowly walked onto the ship that would take him away from his family, his children, his home. And a this was for them. He sighed the things ones does, then walked on the ship.

Hasina looked up at the big ship, never had she been this close to one, always someone had told her to go before she had ever seen one. And now she was looking at the biggest ship. She smiled when she thought of the pass she showed the harbor gaurds, telling them she could pass. They all knew her as a troublesome theif, never had they imaged she would get a pass telling them she could not only see the ship, but sail on her too. Hasina was delighted and gladly skipped onto the ship as only a carefree child could, passing some old guy walking up more slowly then her.

George was sulking he still didn't know why he had to go. Why was his father making him do this? To learn something. Hadn't he already learned enough in school for him? He sighed at the unfairness of it all leaving his life to go sail on a ship and only to fight pirates. He didn't know what his father expected him to get out of this, a sense of duty of honor? He doubted that would happen. He very slowly and angrily walked up the ship. His dad didn't even let him bring his butler, and he couldn't bring more then one suitcase, meaninghe could only bring the nessesitites.

Knife looked down at the land dwellers slowly boarding the ship. So this is who I'll be saliling with he thought, not much of a crew, must be why cap'n Blackwater wanted me. He was sitting on the mast looking down at them all. He knew he should be getting the ship ready, but right now there was nothing he would wrather do then just sit up here ans watch. He stayed like that for maybe a second before his name was called from somewhere on deck and he slowly went to help.

Backwater looks at her crew slowly boarding the ship. The government asks her to be captian of this vessel ans then they only give her six spots to pick crew of her own choosing! Then they leave her with the scrum that society as to offer her. Well like or not, everyone of them will be sailors when I'm through with them, even that prancing grip skipping around deck right now, looking determined to get in her experienced crews way.

(this is shaping up to be one good rp, so now without further ado, let's start this thing! )

"Cap'n," Sofia La Mer said tipping her hat at her commander. Sofia didn't like the looks of the crew. Quite of few of them looked less than cooperative...

"Jack! Slow down!" Charlotte Desmond called after her twin brother who was running and had much longer legs than she. She didn't understand what made him so happy about being on the water or on a ship. But, there were plenty of things her brother didn't understand about her as well.

Jack Desmond had never been more excited in his life. Not even when his mother had given him the toy boat he'd been wanting all year long. Not even when he'd had his first girlfriend. This was most definitely the most exciting thing that had ever happened in his life.

Elisabeth Rosewell hadn't felt this exhilarated since she had run away from home four years ago. She had always loved defying her parents wishes and commands. "Here we go," she said with a deep breath and boarded the ship.

Backwater looked at her first mate, "We're going to have to stay in port a while longer to make these land dwellers in to sailors worthy of this ship" she commented.

Knife was inspecting the rigging on the sails, everything looked in working order.

Hasina looked at what she would be calling home for a while now, it was probably the best place she had ever been. She wondered how much she could take with her when she left wkthout notice.

Falcone looked around at the other crew joining the ship, some looked capable enough, but others he woundered why they were even there, like the little girl, how could she ever protect herself aginst the pirates? Let alone defeat one.

George Wallace looked around at the peasants surrounding him, how did this ever happen he wondered to himself.

"Wait, captain, you can't possibly," Sofia started, a bit horrified by what she thought the captain was thinking.

Charlotte looked around the deck of the ship, which seemed to go on forever in both directions. The masts raised above her, as if they were reaching for the heavens. She saw sailors bustling around her, passing her by as if she was part of the ship.

Jack wandered around like a child in a candy store throughout the ship. He followed the flow of sailors around the ship until he saw Char standing in the middle of the boat, looking confused. He made his way over to her.

Rose kept her hood over her head, trying to hide her delicate face from being recognized. She marveled at the huge expanses of sails and deck.

"you're going to have fun this week Sophia" backwater said with a sly smile on her face, "each one I expect to work like any of these sailor I have aboard. Everyone of them should feel just as comfortable on the mast as on deck. Should be able to rig and reef a sail and all the other task I expect my sailors to know" she said "knife should be able to help you out if you need it, he's been first on many other ships worse than this. I trust you Sophia"

Knife was looking at a small tear in the sail, that would have to be fixed, else it become a huge hole, Beverly they could send one of the new 'sailors' up to fix it. He smiled at the thought pf that no it would have to be someone who actually know how to mend a sail.

Falcone studied each face on board, he didn't know most of the sailors, but he knew hasina from he reputation on land, he even had to stop her once from stealing from the place, a nuisance that one would be. He didn't recognized the two that were clearing brother ans sister, but they seemed good natured. He glanced around and saw prince Charles Wallace, he smiled so the rumors where true, well that spoiled prince finally had what was coming to him, this voyage would do him good. He saw one more person, but couldnt really see her face. And this is what we have to face pirates? Is the goverernment really taking this threat seriously? Another dishearting thought, he was the oldest one here, save maybe for the captain.

Sofia groaned. "As you wish captain," she said with a heavyhearted bow. She trudged off to figure out how to get useless misfits into sailors in less than a fortnight.

Rose bumped into a tall, thin man. She looked up to apologize to him, to be met with a pair of purple eyes.

(sorry for the powerplaying, I felt like we needed character interaction! )

Knife had just gotten down from the rigging when he ran into someone, or someone ran into him, he wasn't sure which. He did a short sailors bow then in his strange accent only he knew where it was from said "sorry, you're one of the new sailors right?"

Blackwater went back into her cabin, she was planing on how to best use her ship to distroy the pirate threat.

Hasina had found her way below deck and was fiddling with a lock when she heard footstep coming down the stairs. She immediately pocketed her knife.

prince looked at the people around him, all raged looking with calused hands. How could father ever expect him to survive this?

"Uh, er, yes, I'm terribly sorry about bumping into you," Rose said quietly. Truth be told, she was actually kind of scared of this tall fellow.

Sofia sat down at her table that was littered with maps and tools. She also noticed a pistol and dagger on the desk as well. "Aaah, I should probably clean this up," she said to herself quickly making a mental note. She was trying to put off teaching the new sailors.

"its okay, you probably still haven't gotten your sea legs yet. so whats your name?" he asked then introduced himself "I'm knife"

Hasina heard the footstep pause. That's when she remembered to breath she slowly took a breath in and out. Getting caught was the worse part. Always. Then she heard the footsteps start coming down again. She put on the facade of a lost ship's girl. (RF this can be one one your characters)

"I-I'm, E-Rose, Rose is my name," she faltered, almost revealing her real name to Knife. She put her hand out to shake his.

Jack heard someone rustling around. He started to walk toward the noise. He opened a door, one to which he had no idea what was behind it, to find a small girl with bright green eyes and short hair that resembled his own.

Sofia had finally devised a plan. She'd get Knife and Falcone to help be enforcers if people didn't want to do their training exercises. But that reminded her that she needed to come up with training exercises. "AUGH!" Sofia cried out of frustration.

"Nice to meet you E Rose" he said "take care" he forgot to shake her hand, it was something he never had to do much and.didn't grow up doing so it was easy to forget for him. He walked of to the mates quarters and knocked on her door.

"Uh hi" hasina said innocently, "I just got lost looking for the bathroom." She looked down at her feet as if embarressed.

Rose laughed a bit at Knife's comment. "Oh," Rose sighed as he walked away without shaking her hand. Rose guessed it was kind of odd, two sailors shaking hands?

"Oh, well follow me and I'll show you to it!" Jack said exuberently as he took Hasina's hand and dragged her off in the direction of the bathroom.

"Thanks" she said and followed him. People could be so gullible at times. She wondered if there was anything good behind that locked door.

Prince sighed when he saw Falcone, why does he always seem to get in my life? He thought.

"Come in," Sofia said a bit angrily at herself for not being able to come up with decent training exercises.

"So, what's your name?" Jack asked Hasina while he led her along the corridor to the bathroom.
(just so you know, I imagine Jack with an über sexy british accent....:3)

"Sorry to disturb you, I just had an idea since there is a small tear in the canvas, I was thinking we could send on of the new hands up there to get them used to being on the mast as well as teach them how to fix canvas." He said "someone would have to.supervise them though."
